Bri Cox is a proud East Tennessee native, born and raised in Clinton, Tennessee. With a passion for helping others and a strong connection to her community, she earned her real estate license in 2025 and is excited to guide clients through one of life's most important decisions—finding a place to call home.

As one of Turner Homes' dedicated community sales managers, David brings a wealth of experiences from his previous career in broadcast journalism. With a background as a reporter for Knoxville's CBS affiliate and a field producer for networks like Oxygen, Investigation Discovery and TVOne, David has earned multiple Emmy nominations and awards. His unmatched passion and boldness for finding answers quickly and getting the job done right extends seamlessly into his real estate career. David truly enjoys the art of negotiating the best deals for his clients and finding the perfect home.

Recently David has taken on the role of Dad! David and his wife Kristen are new proud parents of a baby boy! David and his wife live just outside Knoxville, TN with their son and two dogs. This new chapter has brought an even deeper level of dedication to David's work as a realtor, as he understands the importance of finding the perfect home to create lasting memories for growing families.

Outside of real estate, David still enjoys sharing his passion for journalism and storytelling. David and his wife, Katie, live in Ooltewah with their four children. Outside of real estate, David's passions are spending time with family, being an active TSSAA Basketball Official and the Tennessee Vols. David is the Principal Broker of Woody Creek Realty in Chattanooga and a Community Sales Manager for the James Creek Community. He loves serving his clients and introducing them to all that that the Greater Chattanooga community has to offer.

Dee Dee Underwood is originally from Cincinnati, OH and came to Knoxville to attend The University of Tennessee. She's since adopted Knoxville as home and raised three sons in West Knoxville, who all call UT their alma mater as well! Dee Dee's real estate experience spans 19 years in a family business before joining Woody Creek Realty. Her husband is an appraiser, which gives her an advantage in pricing homes for sale and analyzing comps for buyers. "I love working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. It's an honor when people trust me to guide them through this important process in their lives. Whether it's a couple buying their first home or someone retiring to something smaller, I work hard to help every client have a good experience without much stress!" In her spare time Dee Dee enjoys UT sports and Akima Club, a local women's service and social club.

Kari grew up in the beautiful mountains of Johnson City and made Knoxville her home in 2020. With a passion for people and a dedication to excellence, she ensures each client’s journey is smooth, personalized, and successful. Coming from a military family, Kari learned the importance of discipline and determination and brings those values to everything she does. Kerry has been a realtor in Knoxville for 12 years. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in elementary education and was an educator for several years. Kerry and her husband, Don, are the proud parents of four children and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys going to the beach, the lake, or cheering on the VOLS in her free time - a true Tennessee fan at heart! Kerry is passionate about helping families find their dream homes and is committed to providing exceptional service to all her clients.

Born and raised in Alabama, Linda’s been an entrepreneur and worked in sales most of her life. She even owned and operated her own tanning salon for nine years. When Linda moved up to Lenoir City at the end of 2019, she worked for Zales until being furloughed the following March—and knew it was the perfect time for a change. She decided to get back into what she loves most: helping folks find their forever home!

Linda’s got plenty of real estate experience in Alabama and Georgia from 2001 to 2008; in fact, for the last three years of that time she worked as a broker for her own company. Linda’s so invested in the Turner team that she’s recently made the Harper Village community her home—and has been loving every minute of it! In what little spare time she has, Linda enjoys spending time outdoors, with her grandkids (her daughter has three daughters of her own!) and traveling.

I LOVE my career as a Realtor, where I’ve combined my obsession for HGTV with my tenacious business acumen honed during six years in the automotive industry. Dedicated to my clients, I provide a concierge experience with platinum-level client services, skilled negotiations, and attention to detail. I’ve learned determination and persistence as a baseball mom and military wife, qualities that ensure smooth and stress-free transactions for my clients. In my down time, I enjoy family time, lunch dates with friends, and cheering at baseball games.

Rusty Miller is a maintenance technician with Woody Creek Realty. As an on-staff service technician, he provides prompt and efficient responses to maintenance requests. Rusty attended Carson Newman University in Jefferson City, Tenn. He has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for more than 30 years and enjoys spending time with her and their three children.

Samantha is originally from Illinois and made her way to Knoxville while working in the music industry. She studied music and business and worked for multiple symphony organizations before shifting into new home construction. In her free time she goes to the gym or the mountains to hike & fish with her fiancè.

Prior to her real estate career, Sharon worked in the medical field and spent 7 years as a stay-at-home mom to two children. She was born and raised in Knoxville and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. Sharon understands that finding the perfect home is a process that is unique to each client and she is committed to helping each client find their dream home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping and four-wheeling.

Shawn grew up in the much cooler climate of Cape Cod Massachusetts. He headed south to attend the University of Central Florida and received his Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies. He brings with him 15 years of experience in the residential building industry. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing ice hockey, and boating on the weekends.
